You’ll need two (2) 100 g skeins of sock yarn, preferrably ones that combine a superwash wool and nylon.
Feel free to mix and match bases—this is a fantastic opportunity to stash dive and use special club yarns. When looking for colors, select one solid/tonal colorway and one variegated or speckled colorway.

21 stitches x 24 rows per 4” with yarns held together on US 7 in blocked stockinette.
24 stitches x 32 rows per 4” with a single yarn on US 4 in blocked stockinette.
Gauge is not important for shawl fit; however, it may impact the yardage or amount of yarn you use.
Shape
This shawl is a winged triangle. The long edge curves, creating “wings” that make this a very easy shape to wear wrapped around your neck.
